Be sure to drink water before, during, and after the exercise and walking.

Take foods rich in iron, such as, red meat, lentils, etc. which should be consumed with an acidic food,, such as lemon or orange juice or orange juice to double the absorption of iron.

Do not eat iron-rich foods with a lot of calcium, such as yogurt (more than 300 g), because iron absorption is reduced.

Antibiotics should not be taken with a calcium-rich meal, such, as breakfast, because calcium and antibiotics interfere with medication and food, and calcium prevents the absorption of antibiotics.

Important points: If you have both started eating and exercising but are not losing weight, 90% of you have anemia, thyroid problems or polycystic ovaries. Be sure to give a blood test. Having each of these alone, you will not lose weight.

If you do not have any of these problems but still do not lose weight, then be sure to click on WhatsApp and ask your question:

Medicine interference with medicine – Food -Drug I interferences. Many people who come to me for a diet, desite eating nutritious foods and taking a variety of multivitamins, still complain of physical weakness and lethargy, due to eating foods or medications with food that are not compatible with each other.

For example, if someone is taking antibiotics, it is best not to take them with a calcium-rich meal (with breakfast), because calcium destroys the effects of antibiotics (2 hours after breakfast, you can take the medicine).

Drug and dairy interferences (except probiotic yogurt)

In dairy products, Calcium stops the absorption of antibiotics. Probiotic yogurt is the only dairy food you can eat while taking these medications, because it contains probiotics that accelerate the growth of good bacteria in the gut, so it helps the body recover faster by absorbing antibiotics. Probiotics also help prevent diarrhea, which is a common side effect of antibiotics.

Medication interactions and high-fiber foods

High-fiber foods are very healthy, but they are not the best option when taking medicine. These foods slow down the absorption rate in your stomach, which is great for weight loss, but it doesn’t look great when it slows down the absorption of the drug. Whole grains, lentils and beans are among these foods.

Drug interference with alcohol

Alcohol does not interfere with the effects of antibiotics, but it can cause side effects such as gastrointestinal problems and dizziness. Avoid alcohol.
